• Children under 16 accompanied by an adult are FREE TO ALL ENCLOSURES.
• Party Organiser and Coach Driver go FREE for party bookings of 10+ in the paddock enclosure. Please see the group bookings section for further information. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or package deals.
• We regret that dogs cannot be admitted to the Racecourse on race days due to safety reasons. Pre-booked prices are stated at price per ticket. You are strictly not permitted to bring alcohol onto the site.

DELIVERY: If your order has been placed more than 5 working days before the race meeting you are now guaranteed your tickets in the post, we try to send out all tickets where possible and ensure they arrive with you at least 3 working days before the race day. IMPORTANT: If you require next day or urgent delivery please contact the racecourse office on 01765 530530 and this can be arranged, an additional charge will be made for this. Our working hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
