Ripon Racecourse is an ideal destination for corporate entertaining or company events.

Known as the Garden Racecourse, it is probably the most attractive and intimate course in the country. During race days the atmosphere is truly unique - your guests or clients will be able to witness the top jockeys in action amid sumptuous surroundings and gourmet food and drink.

The Ripon hospitality package includes specially reserved parking and full use of the badge holders enclosure and the trackside viewing boxes. There is a wide selection of menus from which to choose as well as an expertly stocked wine list. Our catering consultant will be pleased to assist you in the development of your menu.

A range of private lunch rooms with viewing balconies are available to suit the size of your party - can accommodate from 25 to 100 guests. This self contained and highly private area in the main grandstand is accessible by lift and includes a Tote betting point. Admission Badges Day Members badges, inclusive of a racecard, will be charged at: Standard Day £16.00 per guest including VAT. Feature Day £19.00 per guest including VAT. An intimate and private building devoted solely to your party of up to 40 guests. This recently refurbished lunch room also has a terrace that overlooks the parade ring and racecourse.

Ripon can erect any size marquee to suit your party. The Marquee will be placed on the Paddock (formerly Tattersalls) Lawn to the rear of the Paddock stand. For groups over 100 guests, we position the marquee in a private area adjacent to the car park. The approximate cost for a marquee is £20.00 per person, including VAT.

The prices opposite offer a snapshot of the catering choices available for your hospitality event. In addition there will be staff charges of £58.95 + VAT per waitress. For smaller parties reserve a table in the Club Dining Room

Small groups can be accommodated in the Club Dining Room. Subject to availability parties up to 10 guests can reserve a table for a race meeting.

A reservation fee of £5 ( including VAT ) per person is charged.

Please be aware that this reservation is for dining and parties will be expected to order food. If guests just wish to drink please use our bar facilities

An "A La Carte" menu is served in the Club Dining Room with a choice of three or four courses. The approximate cost for a meal is between £15 and £20 per person.

All table reservations should be made direct with the caterers.
