A range of private lunch rooms with viewing balconies are available to suit the size of your party...

...we can accommodate from 25 to 100 guests. This self-contained and highly private area in the main grandstand is accessible by lift and includes a Tote betting point.

Ready for our 2011 season boxes 4-8 have been re-decorated; with a lick of paint and new carpets laid they are ready for you and your guests to fill and soak in the atmosphere at a race day.

Hornblower Room

An intimate and private building devoted solely to your party of up to 40 guests....

This recently refurbished lunch room also has a terrace that overlooks the parade ring and racecourse.

Cost - £485.00 inc. VAT

Club Dining Room

For smaller parties reserve a table in the Club Dining Room...

Small groups can be accommodated in the Club Dining Room. Subject to availability parties up to 10 guests can reserve a table for a race meeting.

A reservation fee of £5 (including VAT ) per person is charged.

Please be aware that this reservation is for dining and parties will be expected to order food. If guests just wish to drink please use our bar facilities.

An "A La Carte" menu is served in the Club Dining Room with a choice of three or four courses. The approximate cost for a meal is between £15 and £20 per person.

All table reservations should be made direct with the caterers.

Marquees

Any size marquee can be requested to suit your party needs...

It will be placed on the Paddock Lawn (formerly Tattersalls) to the rear of the enclosure. For groups over 100 we position the marquee in a private area adjacent to the car park. The approximate cost for a marquee is £25.00 per person, including VAT.

There is an additional staff charge of £59.95 + VAT per waitress. It is recommended that you have one waitress per ten guests.
