All bookings accepted by Ripon Race Co. are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing this website you confirm that you are an individual of at least 18 years of age, or, if under 18, that you have full parental/guardian consent.

Although no charge is made to use this website, all telephone calls (Internet charges) are as the rate set by your telephone operator.

The purchasing process

Ripon Race Co. Ltd online booking system allows customers to purchase tickets based on certain areas of the course. The booking system will automatically show the range of prices for the respective meeting and date.

1. Payment will be made using a credit or debit card via the secure HSBC online payment process. Upon payment the contract will be concluded.

2. You will receive confirmation of your order with an order reference number via email. Please retain the confirmation in case you have any further enquiries or in the event that you do not receive your tickets.

3. All ticket orders placed either online or via 01765 602156 are subject to HSBC security checks. Where the Name and Address information held by the card issuing bank does not directly match the information supplied to ripon-races.co.uk at the time of booking, these orders will be cancelled and ALL monies refunded.

4. Online booking closes 6 days prior to race day. Tickets for all enclosures are available for purchase on race days upon arrival at the course. Please note that group discounts do not apply for tickets purchased on race days.

5. Refunds for any other reason than cancellation of the race day by the course officials, may only be given under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Ripon Race Co. Ltd. Tickets must be returned 3 days prior to the race meeting to Ripon Race Co Ltd, 77 North Street, Ripon, HG4 1DS. Badges/Tickets will not be exchanged or money refunded unless a race meeting is abandoned at least one day prior. If racing is abandoned after entering the racecourse on the day of the race, Ripon Race Co. Ltd cannot process refund applications and you must follow the racecourses instructions regarding application for refunds.

6. Ticket prices are valid at time of placing the order. Prices are subject to change without notice. E & OE rules apply to all products, descriptions, and prices published in any of our advertising and publicity material.

7. Full payment must be made in advance of the tickets being dispatched, by Visa/Delta, MasterCard or Switch

8. Prices quoted are in UK Sterling and include UK postage.

9. We aim to dispatch all tickets within 5 working days of receipt subject to order confirmation, availability & credit card authorisation.

10. The Conditions of Sale shown above do not affect your statutory rights. English Law applies.

Using the Site

You agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct and you agree to be solely responsible for all things arising from your use of the Website. You agree not to:

• modify, access or make available data stored on a computer or device which you have accessed through our network, when either the owner of the data, computer or device has taken steps to prevent you from doing this or the owner has expressed a wish that you do not do this;

• make available or upload files that contain software or other material, data or information not owned by or licensed to you or collect information about others (e.g. names/addresses) without their prior consent;

• damage, interfere with or disrupt access to the website or do anything which may interrupt or impair its functionality;

• save as authorised in these Terms or as agreed in writing between you and us, make any commercial or business use of the Website or resell or commercially benefit from any part or aspect of the Website

• falsify the true ownership of software or other material or information contained in a file made available via our Website; and obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, through whatever means, to the Website, other services or computer systems or areas of our, or any of our partners', networks which are identified as restricted.

We retain the right to disconnect you from the Website, if we consider you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Website may also contain links to other websites which are not under our control and are not maintained by us. We are not responsible or liable in any way for such websites and cannot vouch for the suitability or accuracy of the content of those websites. We provide these links for your convenience only but do not monitor or endorse the material on such other websites and you link to them at your own risk.
